Halloween cake
I have modified the recipe for the basic linzer of Paulina Suga. Halloween themed simple linzer.
Fehér tészta
- 210 g flour
- 150 g vaj
- 100 g icing sugar
- 1 cs vanilla sugar
- 100 g darált dió
- 1 db Egg
Fekete tészta
- 210 g flour
- 50 g fekete kakaó
- 150 g vaj
- 100 g icing sugar
- 1 cs vanilla sugar
- 1 db Egg
Zöld tészta
- 210 g flour
- 100 g pisztácia és tökmag mixed
- 150 g vaj
- 3 g matcha tea powder
- 100 g icing sugar
- 1 cs vanilla sugar
- 1 db Egg
Knead all the ingredients by hand until the dough comes together into a ball. Wrap in cellophane and refrigerate for half an hour. I usually stretch it out a bit at this point to make it easier to continue after refrigeration.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Then cut out into any shape you like. Place the cut-out shapes on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. Once baked, wait for them to cool a little, then brush with jam and glue them together. Store in an airtight container so they soften quickly.
