Halloween cake

I have modified the recipe for the basic linzer of Paulina Suga. Halloween themed simple linzer.

Ingredients

Fehér tészta

  • 210 g flour
  • 150 g vaj
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 1 cs vanilla sugar
  • 100 g darált dió
  • 1 db Egg

Fekete tészta

  • 210 g flour
  • 50 g fekete kakaó
  • 150 g vaj
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 1 cs vanilla sugar
  • 1 db Egg

Zöld tészta

  • 210 g flour
  • 100 g pisztácia és tökmag mixed
  • 150 g vaj
  • 3 g matcha tea powder
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 1 cs vanilla sugar
  • 1 db Egg

Instructions

  • Knead all the ingredients by hand until the dough comes together into a ball. Wrap in cellophane and refrigerate for half an hour. I usually stretch it out a bit at this point to make it easier to continue after refrigeration.
  •  Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Then cut out into any shape you like. Place the cut-out shapes on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. Once baked, wait for them to cool a little, then brush with jam and glue them together. Store in an airtight container so they soften quickly.
