It is not necessary to knead by hand, but it makes your job easier. An important consideration when choosing a kneading machine is that it should be made of metal parts as this is more durable. When choosing a machine, take into account the size of the bread you bake and how often you bake it, and choose a machine with the right power for the size of the bread.
A Trade press is very important because access during which our bread keeps its shape, before putting the dough in the rising basket, always flour it with rice flour to prevent it from sticking or use Trade press I use the latter, because I just hand wash the clothes with plain water, dry them and they're ready to use again.
My personal favourite is the reed door, but there are also wooden and plastic ones. Reed doors should not be washed with water!
For incising and shaping, a traditional razor blade is best. Most irdaló is also designed so that the blade is attached to handles of different shapes, sizes and materials. A kitchen knife that pulls and slices dough is not suitable for this purpose.
This is necessary because home ovens are not ideal for baking bread, as the heat usually comes from one direction, burns at certain points, the seals are often not airtight, air is drawn out and the crust dries out quickly.
If you bake it in a cast iron pan and put the top on, the steam from the bread will be trapped in the pan during baking, making the bread beautifully risen and keeping the crust soft. This is why baking in such a pan is the best choice.
It's not mandatory either, but I think it's good to have it, I use it so my bread never dries out. It has never molded either. If you're going to buy it, it's worth buying better quality.
