Cottage cheese tortilla
A very simple, quick-to-make sourdough tortilla.
Instructions
- (This quantity will make about 6 tortillas 22-24 cm in diameter.)Pour the ingredients together and knead.
- Let rest for 1 hour in a greased baking dish.
- Divide into 80 g dumplings.
- Shape the dumplings: roll out with a rolling pin, a few mm thin, into a circle.
- Fry in a pan for a few minutes on both sides and it's done.
