In particular, the sourdough this website was created for lovers of the internet. I want to create a comprehensive collection where everything from basic concepts to flour and wheat varieties to the tools needed for a beginner can be found.
Of course, everything that sourdough and related stuff: sourdough step-by-step preparation, sourdough bread making, various sourdough starter recipes, sweet and savoury sourdough pastries will be in recipe form, which I will try to keep adding to.
There is a lot to learn from the old-timers, I believe even at 30, that the best and healthiest things grow in our own gardens and that food prepared by our own hands can be the best quality.
I try to make as much as I can, I am constantly learning and improving and I would like to encourage everyone to start making sourdough at home and baking with this miracle, because it is not complicated, it's just a lot of
it takes time and patience, but the feeling when the whole family eats your sourdough bread and doesn't want anything else is priceless! Don't give up, with practice you will get better and better breads. I will try to share all the useful information and recipes I have gathered so far on this blog.

Besides sourdough, I will also share other sweet and savoury cake recipes, homemade jam recipes, homemade yoghurt recipes and cocktail recipes, all goodies that are easy to make at home.
It is important to note that what I am writing is not Scripture! There are a million solutions to recipes and tools, you don't necessarily have to do it this way and use what I do. This site is meant to be a help for beginners, where they can find everything they need to get started in one place.
My sources are mainly from "Sabi the baker", the "Kovász from the book "School" and from My Grandmother. Like everyone else, I'm constantly learning new recipes, some of which I adapt from my own ideas, and some I just make because I like them so much. I didn't invent "Spanish wax" so you may come across these elsewhere.
