Pistachio & Orange almond sourdough bejgli
If you like pistachios, you should definitely try the pistachio bejgli. This has become my new favourite.
Ingredients
Pistachio filling
- 350 g pistachios minced
- 110 g Water
- 130 g sugar
- 1 package vanilla sugar
- 50 g household biscuits minced
Pasta
- 500 g flour
- 50 g icing sugar
- 125 g milk
- 1 db egg yolk
- 200 g active leaven
- 125 g vaj
- 75 g Fat
- 1/2 kk salt
