The Ankarsrum assistent dough mixer head is suitable for both lasagne and dough mixing, making it a perfect addition to your dough mixer. The thickness of the dough can be adjusted in 9 steps from 0.6 to 4.8 mm. The filling opening is 145 mm wide.
Very easy and straightforward to connect and use. Just tilt the kneader on its side and in one simple movement connect the head unit and secure it with the fixing screw.
These accessories for the machine are not cheap, but they are a solid quality heavy metal construction. For me it was worth it, I will only use it to make homemade pasta from now on. There are several additional dough head units available for the machine, I have the dough cutter and the wide noodle cutter head for now, but I will get the spaghetti cutter head as well.
